Police target crowds at concert

ACT Policing say the crowd was generally well behaved at the Australia Day Live Concert last night.
However 41 underage drinkers were taken into protective custody by 9:30pm.
Another four minors allegedly had cannabis on them and one was in possession of a knife.
Last year 70 minors were apprehended for alcohol consumption but only 10 were the year before that.
