Calls To Hurry Up And Get Murder Trial Started

1

Defence lawyers for two males and a female accused of killing an elderly Canberra woman are calling for the case to finally come to trial.

It's been 5 months since the trio were put behind bars.

81-year-old Katherine Panin reportedly fell down stairs in her Red Hill home and died in October 2015.

The daughter-in-law and her two sons were charged with murder and have pleaded not guilty.

A court date is yet to be set, although it's expected for January.
