ACT Government considers new rating system for restaurants

The ACT Government is considering introducing a "scores on doors" rating system for eateries across Canberra.

The ACT has reported its biggest food poisoning outbreak of 140 cases after people dined at a restaurant in North Canberra.

Chief Minister Katy Gallagher said a new rating system may do the trick.

ACT Government Reacts To Food Poisoning.

Canberra Couple in WA Beach Tragedy

Police can't yet say how a 41 year old Canberra woman died - after her body washed ashore at a remote West Australian beach

Kathleen  Ricketson and her partner Robert Shugg were swimming on Wednesday afternoon when people on the beach noticed they weren't  moving

Belconnen Community Council concerned about plans for giant towers

The ACT Government has decided to draw out the consultation period for plans to build a giant tower complex in Belconnen.

The Abode development consists of two towers and will be among the tallest residential buildings in the territory.
